Ingredients (4): |
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour 4 cups of buttermilk 1 table spoon of granulated sugar 1 pinch of salt 1 large apple, (3 oz) 1 table spoons of apple concentrated juice |

Let’s
Cook: Peel, remove the core and thinly slice the apple;
Use a small bowl and mix flour with 3/4 cup of the
buttermilk until completely integrated (it should feel
like puree);
Set burner to medium and bring the soup to a boil
while whisking the entire time; Eet Smakelijk (bon appetit) |
